As Hurricane Gustav approaches the U.S. shore, our thoughts and prayers are extended to all of those who will be impacted by the hurricane.  Times of disaster are often when the American people are at their best; helping one another to rebuild and recover.  No greater sign of American altruism is that which comes from the voluntary effort of neighbors reaching out to neighbors.
