Libertarian Party of Virginia Beats Back GOP Challenge to Ballot Access

On September 4th after a last minute attempt by the Virginia GOP to knock the Libertarian candidate off the ballot, the State Board of Elections certified that the Libertarian Party of Virginia properly submitted all required documentation.
Therefore, Libertarian for president Governor Gary Johnson will be on the ballot in Virginia.
