Please make your hotel reservation for the LP National Convention in St. Louis as soon as possible.

We need to book a sufficient number of rooms by May 6, so that the LP isn't charged a large penalty by the convention hotel. Additionally, after May 6, the hotel might release some of our unbooked rooms to the general public in phases. Convention package sales are coming in strong, and this is looking like it will be a well-attended and exciting convention. But again, we need to increase the number of hotel rooms booked.

Even if you are unsure whether you will attend, if there's a chance you will attend, please go ahead and reserve a room. You can always cancel it later. Check with the hotel for exact cancellation policies.

I hope you'll purchase a Gold Package or Silver Package for the convention today. Please reserve a room in the convention hotel too.
