Sundwall On Stimulus Scheme "No, With Amendments"

NIVERVILLE, NY -- Libertarian congressional candidate Eric Sundwall said today that if he had been in Congress he would have voted against Obama's economic stimulus plan but would have introduced amendments to make a bad bill somewhat better. "My position on the Obama plan is no with amendments. The notion of economic stimulus is misguided and false. The government's inflation of the monetary supply causes the boom and bust cycle. Unlike Tedisco who could not be bothered to take a stand for weeks then said yes with amendments and now no, I have always opposed the stimulus scheme.

"I commend Ed Coleman on his courage and his recognition that the Libertarian Party is the only political party in Indiana and the United States that truly stands for limited, fiscally responsible government and real respect for civil liberties.
