Chris was born and raised in Colorado. His two sons are the fifth generation of his family to be born in Colorado; Chris' Great Grandfather was born in Denver before Colorado became a state. Chris grew up in Caste Rock, completing all of his primary education (pre-school through high-school) within District 4, and now his children are doing the same. “Colorado, and particularly District 4, has always been my home. Many of the teachers, firefighters, nurses, doctors, business owners, police officers, and other public servants are my class mates and friends. It's time for me to give a little something back to the communities which made me who I am today.”
