James Christina
State Senate, 7th District, Delaware
Election Date: May 30, 2012
Location
About the Candidate:
I oppose the use of unmanned devices being used for law enforcement and used in order to fine citizens.
I support a "Constitutional Carry" bill that would allow any law abiding citizen to carry a firearm concealed without a permit. The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution says. No Law shall be made to infringe on the "Right to Bear Arms".
I support reforming the way Delaware does legislative redistricting so that districts are drawn by independent balanced commission appointed by the State Legislature. Elected Officials would not be allowed to serve on this commission.
I oppose taking federal money to create a state health insurance exchange. Taking federal money to implement this program contractually obligates the state from being able to create its own laws and regulations over health insurance instead cedes decision making to the federal government.
I support legislation to nullify Obama Care and authorize state and local law enforcement to arrest federal officials attempting to implement the unconstitutional health care scheme known as Obama Care. It should be a felony offense.
