The course makes the moral and philosophic case for free-market capitalism. One of the most important concepts of Western Civilization is the acquisition of property as an unalienable right. The course develops the relationship between economic liberty and political liberty. Participants learn the principles behind wealth-creation. They are introduced to the philosophy of the Austrian School of Economics and its connection to the founding ideas of the American experiment. Participants are awakened to their heritage of economic liberty. It will be more than worth your time.

One of the biggest outreach events of the year.

Van's Warped Tour is a Lollapalooza-type event featuring a number of alternative rock bands (punk, thrash, etc) on multiple stages surrounded by a street-fair-style collection of booths, including a large non-profit awareness-raising section.

Liberty-palooza (Dave Williams' term):

A family picnic and barbecue to be held at the home of Deni Cates.

The LPCO has not had a summer event for a couple years.
We hope to make this a fun and profitable event, with:

Join supporters of the Libertarian Party of Ohio for an all you can eat cookout. You'll have an opportunity to meet LP candidates for 2009 and 2010. This event is family-oriented and open to the public. Adults 18 of age and older are $10 each. Anyone 17 and under will be free.
