Kip Lee announces presidential bid

LP member Kip Lee has announced that he is seeking the 2000 presidential nomination of the Libertarian Party -- and said his strategy to win the party's nomination will consist of making "speeches at colleges and universities."

If nominated, Lee said his campaign will focus on the following issues: "Abolish [the] monetary system; make education free; [and] create free communications and housing."
