Mark Miller
Mark Miller, the Texas Libertarian Party candidate for the Railroad Commission, was endorsed by the state’s second-largest daily newspaper, the Dallas Morning News, on September 15:
“Libertarian Mark Miller gets our nod over Democrat Grady Yarbrough, Republican Wayne Christian and Green Party candidate Martina Salinas for a seat on the Texas Railroad Commission.
“The former UT-Austin professor and retired petroleum engineer with a Ph.D. from Stanford could provide a persuasive moderating voice on a panel that too often tilts toward industry interests. We were impressed that Miller…fervently believes in free markets and limited government.”
This is the second endorsement Mr. Miller has received from a major daily newspaper in the state. He was also endorsed by the Houston Chronicle on September 7.
