Georgia Libertarian for governor featured in Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Doug Craig The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported today that Doug Craig, former Georgia LP state chair and member of the Libertarian National Committee, has declared his run for the open governor's seat in 2018. 

Although the election is still three years away, reported that "at least a half-dozen high-profile Republicans are contemplating a bid" to succeed Nathan Deal, the current term-limited governor.

Slate of Libertarian candidates in Anderson, Indiana removed from ballot

ImageA slate consisting of five Libertarian Party candidates running for various offices this November in Anderson, Indiana were removed from the ballot this week by the Madison County Elections Board.

The Election Board voted unanimously Friday to remove the candidates because their declarations of candidacy were not certified by the state party chairman.
