Bylaws Sustaining Members are national Libertarian Party members who donate at least $25 to the national party within a given 12 month period and agree to the member pledge. BSMs active during convention season are eligible to become a delegate to the next national convention and count towards their state and region’s population counts. Memberships are now set up to auto-renew for your convenience, and you can update or cancel future payments at any time.
