The Libertarian State Leadership Alliance (LSLA) is an organization of the Libertarian Party state leaders. The LSLA is organized exclusively for educational purposes, more specifically to coordinate activities and share knowledge among Libertarian Party state chairs and affiliate parties.

While voting members consist of the state chairs (or their properly designated substitutes) of affiliate state Libertarian Parties, LSLA functions are enjoyed by a wide variety of national, state and local Libertarian leaders and their family members.

Georgia Libertarian running in special election

Libertarian Taylor Bryant is running in the January 5 special election for
Georgia State Senator, District 22.

Mr. Bryant will face three Democrats in the election. There will be no
Republicans, independents, or other party candidates in the election. If
no candidate gets a majority, a runoff will be held on February 2.

Robert Butler, Executive Director of the Libertarian Party of Texas, visited Abilene on December 8 and spoke to local members of the 9/12 Project group.

WASHINGTON - The Libertarian Party (LP) today expressed its opposition to the Afghanistan war plans announced by President Barack Obama last night.

Wes Benedict, Executive Director of the LP, said, "Rush Limbaugh should buy Obama a nice cigar. The liberal president has done exactly what the conservative leader wanted: escalate the war."
