Fighting back in Maine and Arkansas

In February, the Arkansas state House and state Senate passed a bill that would make it 2.5 times harder for us to put our candidates on ballots there. They ran this through the system quickly, in order to make it harder for us to mount an opposition to it.

In December, the Maine secretary of state reclassified all registered Libertarians as independents, which is inappropriate and makes it more expensive for us to get ballot access there.

We will be filing lawsuits in these two states on these issues.

These are NOT expensive lawsuits. Several thousand dollars can fund them, with a good shot at winning them.

Please donate here to help fund these lawsuits and fight back against these injustices.
