Five potential candidates have filed petitions and paperwork to get on the ballot this November in New Jersey:
Ken Kaplan – Governor
Don DeZarn – State Senate 14th district
Sean O’Connor – State Assembly 14th district
Steve Uccio – State Assembly 14th district
Patrick McKnight – State Assembly 16th district

Once the petitions and paperwork are approved, the candidates will appear on the general election ballot on November 5.
New Jersey and Virginia are the only states conducting elections for their state legislatures this year.
The filing deadline for candidates in Virginia is next Tuesday, June 11.
