Libertarian Party has first-ever primary in Louisiana

Louisiana LP logoThe Advocate (Baton Rouge) has published an article about the August 28 Libertarian primary in Louisiana. It starts:

One in five Louisiana voters will be able to cast their ballots in the first-ever Libertarian Party primary in state history.

The state has 3,500 registered Libertarians, but the party allows the state’s 665,000 unaffiliated voters to also participate in the Aug. 28 primary election.
