LNC Historical Preservation and Convention Voting Process Committees seek applicants

The Libertarian National Committee is soliciting applications for the following committees:

Historical Preservation Committee: This committee is responsible for directing the preservation and publication of Party historical documents and the administration of LPedia.org. This is very much a hands-on working committee that requires a significant time commitment. As the committee is self-funded, fundraising is encouraged. Experience with wikimedia software and/or being located in Colorado and able to work at the physical archive in Parker would be a definite plus, though not absolutely necessary. This committee meets online on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 4:00 pm MST.

Convention Voting Process Committee: This is an advisory-only committee that works with the Convention Oversight Committee and potentially the Bylaws Committee to make recommendations on improving the voting processes at the national convention. The bylaws currently limit what can be done so potential bylaws change recommendations would also fall into the scope of this committee’s work. Past attendance at national conventions and knowledge of current voting technology and processes is a must.
