Simple convention registration instructions

How to register for the 2016 National Convention

Step 1: Click here to purchase a registration package. I encourage you to choose the $459 Gold Package which includes special meal events and the Presidential Banquet. But options as low as $95 exist. Early Bird pricing ends March 14.

Step 2: Click here to reserve a hotel at the Rosen Centre, or call them at 407-996-9840 and ask for the Libertarian Party special group rate of only $95/night plus taxes. Most of you should plan to arrive Thursday, May 26, and depart Monday, May 30 (Memorial Day). But take a look at the agenda. Some training events start early Thursday, so you might want to arrive Wednesday, May 25. If you can’t stay the entire time, that’s okay. Please reserve your room ASAP because they may run out of rooms at our special discounted rate!

Step 3: If you want to be a voting delegate at the convention, you’ll need to contact your state party to find out the process for becoming an official voting delegate. But you don’t have to be a voting delegate to come to the convention, and many people show up and are able to join delegations on the spot (although that’s not guaranteed). Click here to find your state party.

Other convention information

You’ll find a lot more information about the convention at our new 2016 National Convention website hosted at libertarian.nationbuilder.com.(The web-pages that were at LP.org/convention will now forward you to the new site.)

Some of the things you’ll find there:

Sponsors Packages: contribute extra to sponsor an event or advertise.
LP Suite Packages: good for groups like Presidential campaigns or other groups that want to have a space to meet and host hospitality rooms during the convention.

Thanks, and I look forward to seeing you there! Call us if you have questions and we’ll try to help!
