LibertyCon To Host Libertarian Party Presidential Debate

Students For Liberty is delighted to confirm that our annual LibertyCon will be hosting an official Libertarian Party Presidential Debate. This will be held at the Marriott Marquis, in Washington, D.C., on the second day of LibertyCon, Saturday, April 4, 2020, at 12:00 PM.

It is important to note that Students For Liberty is merely hosting this debate. We are a 501(c)(3) charity and therefore are strictly non-partisan. Students For Liberty does not endorse or oppose any candidate or political party.

To qualify for the debate, candidates will be required to have filed with the Federal Elections Commission and have raised funds exceeding $30,000 as reported by the FEC, by April 1, 2020.

Attending this debate will provide an opportunity to hear a range of pro-liberty ideas and perspectives on a variety of issues, with a particular focus on the upcoming general election.

The event will be held among the many other fascinating talks and debates delivered by LibertyCon’s incredible lineup of guest speakers. There will also be the option to attend a variety of breakout sessions, as well as a chance to engage with other participants, learn, share ideas and make lasting connections.

If you would like to attend, you can register here and get 30% off student and adult tickets by using the code LPDEBATE at checkout.
